Summary of Crime On Friday June 12, 1998, at approximately 1930 hours, Christina Marie Williams, a 13 year old, White/Filipino female was kidnapped by two unidentified male suspects. Christina was walking her dog near her residence at the Presidio of Monterey Annex (formerly Fort Ord), California. The dog was discovered approximately one-half block from her residence. Christina is 5'3" and weighs 80 pounds. She has a mole on her cheek, shoulder length hair worn parted in the middle, and wears reading glasses. Christina was last seen wearing a black jacket with "Raiders" printed on the back, striped blouse, denim-style blue jeans, and blue adidas sport sandals. Christina's past behavior does not indicate she is a runaway. Although there are no witnesses to the abduction, two unidentified persons matching the suspect's description, approached a 31 year-old female jogger and verbally accosted her.
